It looks like Luis Cocio is from Mexico so this lettuce must be from Mexico as well. Besides, the writing is in Spanish.

This reminds me of the Firefox bus. It’s a normal passenger bus, with no connection to Firefox, but it has the Firefox logo painted all over the sides. I don’t remember exactly where it was, but I think it was in India somewhere. You can probably google it easily if you’re not to lazy
